Silkworms, the larvae of Silk moth (Bombyx mori) are high protein, low-fat feeder insects that are perfect to add to your reptile's current diet. They are especially recommended for younger reptiles as their high protein makes them an excellent source of nutrition and energy for growing babies! They are also a high source of vitamins B1, B2, and B3.
Each cup of Symton Silkworms will come with at least 20 worms per cup as well as food to allow for their continued growth while in your care. With proper care, they can be long lived and grow to around 2.5 inches in length at maturity. For highest chance of survival, keep their food moist and store them at room temperature. Additionally, you can also supply them with mulberry leaves, their natural diet!

Great feeder insect for the price. About 500 for ~20 including shipping, feeds our juvenile bearded dragon for a a few weeks mixing it up with other feeders. Hint: Order the sifter and scooper accessory with your *first* order, it really helps out a lot.

Just got my super fast 1st shipment of 500 large BSFL & I couldn't be more pleased. They were fat & active which had my veiled chameleon & bearded dragon gobbling them up! There were no dead ones that I saw & the price is a great deal. These were WAY better than I've gotten from other sellers by a long shot. You just have to see them to appreciate what you're getting. Ive been ordering from Symton for months now, with an order every week to every 2 weeks. Its heating up now and making it harder to ship these feeders out. I received my order of 1200 bsfl, and unfortunately they were all dead from the heat. I contacted Symton via email, and they immediately shipped out another same day. I got my order fast as always and they were alive. The fact that a company cares about their customers like this goes a long way for me. It wasnt their fault, (temps are different throughout the country) I know this, i didnt gripe, or complain. All i did was let them know, they didnt require me to send them pictures or any questions. They just shipped out another order for me. These guys are great, and their quality of BSFL is spot on. Its my beardie's main staple (with a variety of supers and hornworms) with the exception since he gets tired of them quickly lol. But i know their the best feeder for him so ol' Yondu will have to get over it.
