We guarantee live delivery regardless of the weather conditions at the destination. When you receive a DOA, we provide free replacement or a full refund.

*Shipping fee is $5.99 per retail order, regardless of the order size. Wholesale orders have a different flat rate shipping rate of $14.99.  Orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.

DUBIA ROACHES CANNOT SHIP TO ALABAMA, FLORIDA, LOUISIANA, GEORGIA, AND HAWAII. Those are the rules my babes, sorry :(

*We follow a special schedule on live orders selected with FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight shipping to avoid any delays with your order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order if needed by a specific date. 

FedEx 2Day

• Will be shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure delivery between Wednesday - Friday

FedEx Overnight

• Will be shipped Monday through Thursday to ensure delivery between Tuesday - Friday
