I have ordered from symton many times and anytime there id a problem they fix it right away. I definitely recommend this company for anything they sell. They stand behind their customers.
BSFL healthy, but super tiny. Beardie showing little interest in these.
Unfortunately, my post office failed and put them in my mailbox on a hot day. By the time I got home an hour later, they had all passed. I did not request a refund as this was definitely not Symton's fault. I placed a reorder the same day, and this time made sure ice packs were included. Fingers crossed for this next delivery!
I stored them with the lid right side up for the first day and that killed 3 of them, but the three that survived are juicy and great!
