I ordered some dubias for my bearded dragon because my local pet store cannot seem to keep theirs alive. Even after some shipping delays (thank you, postal service), the dubias arrived alive and well. Symptom was prompt with my concerns about the shipping but I turned iut bot to have any issues. 10/10, would order again.
The feeder refill is such a convenient bundle of everything you need. Most importantly everything arrived alive! Will definitely be ordering again

My name is Kameron, and I am extremely disappointed with the order I received. I specifically ordered large black soldier fly larvae and large mealworms, but what arrived way too late. On top of that, the package was extremely hot when it arrived, and as soon as I opened the box, it had a very strong, foul smell because so many of the insects were dead. This is completely unacceptable, especially for live feeders. I have attached photos showing the condition and size of what I received. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible by either sending me a replacement order with the correct large-sized black soldier fly larvae and mealworms at no additional cost or issuing me a full refund. I expected much better quality, and I hope you will make this right.
