Easy to put together and comes with everything you need to do so. Looks fantastic when all said and done.
These did not do well. Their bedding was damp and smelled bad. They didn’t survive as long as they usually do. This was my 3rd order from Symton, and all other orders have been great.
Good sized tank and lightweight. However, instructions could be a bit clearer to follow. Additionally, some of the plastic had to be shaved down before all the pieces would fit together. Then, it still required some manipulation to keep the entire enclosure square. Hoping it holds up once all other items are added.
My original order came, and of course the bugs were excellent. However, one of the containers had a crack in it and most of the BSFL escaped. I reached out to support to let them know of the issue and that the box showed no damage. They promptly replaced the damaged container. Great bugs and service!
This ice pack is simply much too small to keep the larvae alive on the journey from Texas to Las Vegas during summer months.
It’s like the equivalent of two ice cubes. Those poor little bugs are probably dead before they hit Arizona.
My very finicky picky eater lost his mind over these silk worms. The silk worms were very healthy and all arrived alive. I am going to be a repeat buyer. Thank you so much.
BSFL are some of the best food for reptiles and the ones from hear arrive clean, healthy and plump. All my scaley kids love them. I even use the ones that turn into flies to feed my fish and frogs. They're healthy for both body and mind.
