Unfortunately, my post office failed and put them in my mailbox on a hot day. By the time I got home an hour later, they had all passed. I did not request a refund as this was definitely not Symton's fault. I placed a reorder the same day, and this time made sure ice packs were included. Fingers crossed for this next delivery!
I stored them with the lid right side up for the first day and that killed 3 of them, but the three that survived are juicy and great!
My order arrived yesterday and i just opened the superworms today...more than half are dead and the bedding is not good. It smells terrible and is clumpy. Its so bad im nervous about feeding the few live ones that arrived.
Ive been ordering from this company for 5 yrs, and their BSFL are great.
All roaches and larvae arrived alive healthy and active.
I was not in the market for small symtongs. Never thought I would have a use for them. I recieved these free with an order a little over a week ago, I have used them twice and Hubby has used them at least three times. I really thought they wouldn't be worth owning, huh!
