Living in Florida it's often difficult to get insects mailed here in the summer months and expect them to be alive. Just got my super fast 1st shipment of 500 large BSFL & I couldn't be more pleased. They were fat & active which had my veiled chameleon & bearded dragon gobbling them up! There were no dead ones that I saw & the price is a great deal. These were WAY better than I've gotten from other sellers by a long shot. You just have to see them to appreciate what you're getting. I'm gonna see how long these last & then get a regular delivery set up. So glad I happened to hear about this company. I'll be spreading the word!

Ive been ordering from Symton for months now, with an order every week to every 2 weeks. Its heating up now and making it harder to ship these feeders out. I received my order of 1200 bsfl, and unfortunately they were all dead from the heat. I contacted Symton via email, and they immediately shipped out another same day. I got my order fast as always and they were alive. The fact that a company cares about their customers like this goes a long way for me. It wasnt their fault, (temps are different throughout the country) I know this, i didnt gripe, or complain. All i did was let them know, they didnt require me to send them pictures or any questions. They just shipped out another order for me. These guys are great, and their quality of BSFL is spot on. Its my beardie's main staple (with a variety of supers and hornworms) with the exception since he gets tired of them quickly lol. But i know their the best feeder for him so ol' Yondu will have to get over it.

My order was received in a timely matter as promised. The BSFL were loved and very much enjoyed by all my reptiles. I would highly recommend them.
