Freeze dried rodents are ideal for snakes, birds of prey and other exotic animals. They are a safer, cleaner option than feeding live rodents, with a guaranteed nutrient content. Mice are raised in a clean, controlled setting and fed a scientifically formulated diet specifically designed to enhance their health, quality and nutritional value.

      • Small Pinky (1-3 grams) (60 count)

BEFORE FEEDING: 

  1. Soak the freeze-dried prey in room temperature water (70-90°F) for at least 30 minutes or until prey softens completely. Use a paper towel to absorb excess water before serving.
  2. DO NOT feed prey without rehydration.
  3. Use re-hydrated prey within 12 hours.

Tip: When selecting the appropriately sized prey item for your snake, start by choosing the size that shares the same circumference as the thickest part of the snake’s body. If you are unsure, choose a smaller size prey item to prevent regurgitation.

Great feeder insect for the price. About 500 for ~20 including shipping, feeds our juvenile bearded dragon for a a few weeks mixing it up with other feeders. Hint: Order the sifter and scooper accessory with your *first* order, it really helps out a lot.

Just got my super fast 1st shipment of 500 large BSFL & I couldn't be more pleased. They were fat & active which had my veiled chameleon & bearded dragon gobbling them up! Ive been ordering from Symton for months now, with an order every week to every 2 weeks. Its heating up now and making it harder to ship these feeders out. I received my order of 1200 bsfl, and unfortunately they were all dead from the heat. I contacted Symton via email, and they immediately shipped out another same day. I got my order fast as always and they were alive. The fact that a company cares about their customers like this goes a long way for me. It wasnt their fault, (temps are different throughout the country) I know this, i didnt gripe, or complain. All i did was let them know, they didnt require me to send them pictures or any questions. They just shipped out another order for me. These guys are great, and their quality of BSFL is spot on. Its my beardie's main staple (with a variety of supers and hornworms) with the exception since he gets tired of them quickly lol. But i know their the best feeder for him so ol' Yondu will have to get over it.
