We have been a long time customer of Symton for our Bearded Dragon. He loves their Black Soldier Fly Larvae! We have always had a great experience with our orders. Living in Minnesota, there is always a chance that the insects we order will be dead on arrival with the cold temps in the winter months. We recently had an order that was delayed in shipping (not Symton's fault) and they were dead on arrival, they without question sent us a new order without charge. That is something a great company would do and why I decided to leave this review and provide the positive feedback that they deserve.
