Shipped quickly, I’m not sure how to track my package though, all were alive and healthy
in my rescue, I have just under 200 snakes and recently tried the freeze dried rodents. I found that they had an acceptability rate of about 90% with my snakes. Those that would take them the easiest were the gopher, corn and king snakes. The snakes that rejected the most were ball pythons, of course. I would recommend this product.
The package was ok I guess but the container was full of maggots. Yuck! Just kidding I am very pleased with them. Thanks!
Even with an ice pack, and 2 day travel, the summer is not the time to order these guys. :( The company did make an attempt to replace them, but the second batch arrived also dead from the heat. I'll wait until it cools off before trying to order more.

I wish I could write a glowing review. When I received my last order 3 out of 4 containers were DOA. The 4th was alive, thriving - having the time of their lives (before becoming beardie food). I have never received most of my order DOA with part of it living its best life, it's always been one or another. I reached out to support to let them know what happened and sent pictures/video etc. The solution was that I should have bought ice packs, and that they'll add those to my subscription and can push up the next date and charge me for it now instead. I've had a subscription since 2018 and get orders every two weeks but Lindsey has been the worst rep I've spoken to. A full inability to offer any form of assistance when that should be support 101 - No answer as to why only 1 container was fine, no assistance and no help other than wanting me to spend another $30+ and hope most of those don't arrive dead too.
